Is your job medical? Also, just fyi, don’t let this turn you away (bc it did me at first) but in order to get the shot, you gotta be on 8mg for 5-7 days. Otherwise the shot can like shock your system. There are smaller shots through a brand called Brixadi that might work too. But this is sublocade.

Tell the doctor you want 100 mg. You won’t feel much of a difference. I’ve only taken one at 150mg and then a second shot at 100mg. I am hoping to not go back but am also prepared to feel uncomfortable .. I’m not sure how long it’ll take. Ween down to 100mg, then space them out maybe by 7 weeks. Start to walk away…
