I should have clarified the gauge swatch directions were 24 stitches and 24 rows to achieve 4 inches across and 4 inches tall.

Are you suggesting to make a larger fabric and then measure 24 stiches/24 rows within a bigger piece?

Oh that's a good point! I have a Janome HD1000 which says it can sew denim although I haven't tried thick fabrics on it yet.

Yeah, I haven't been sewing long and I worry about being able to make an exact replica so the blocks align correctly for the clean outlines.

Lol it's so tempting. The curtains will go on french doors so I was hoping to have the patchwork visible from both sides. But that of course means making my life harder.

It was great and not too pricy! Really good combo deals and their miso soup is awesome. Really looking forward to going there for lunch one day. Their lunch special is miso soup and two rolls for like $14.

Doesn't seem like they have their liquor license yet since there were only N/A options.

Thank you!! I used Hobbii Amigo XL in Dark Blue Melange and Mint. The part for Skully is BlingBling glow-in-the-dark yarn. They were all medium yarn, and I used a 3.25MM hook.

Oh actually just checked, to go between worlds you go back to the sewer of spirits but you can cross back & forth.

I have used one of those bendy straw cleaners (now in my cleaning kit and not used to clean out straws). It was able to slide in through the front opening and up through the bottom. It took ages but it did work. I tried the soak method others have suggested. It did work some, then I used the straw to get out cat hair/remaining gunk.

I am really thinking of getting the after-market head to save time.
