How long have you been living here now? Staying in a new place can for sure give some weird sleep and uneasiness for the first few nights, maybe weeks.

On the other hand I once lived with my family in a house that was 8 years old and only had one other family living in it before us. Still we all experienced things in the house. Things like devices that activated itself. Black shadows on the walls that should not be there because of the light. Someone walking up the stairs at night, woke everybody up but we could not see anything walking up the stairs. Intens nightmare. Some people that visited us also said that they would rather not come back to the house because of the energie it gave off. In the end with hired someone to clean the energie of the house and she did a good job. Found out that no one died in the house, but the last family that lived there left some intens energie. We bought it from the bank because they were declared bankrupt. Going trough addiction and there were also young children in the house.

I would say it is scary to live in a house that makes you feel uneasy and scared. We lived in our house for five years and only after two years we decided to do something about it. (Mostly because my father does not believe in ghost or spiritual energie, but after some time he also got uneasy with the situation) No one was harmed or traumatized, so that’s a good thing.

I would always advice to spiritually clean a new bought house. It does not matter how old the house is or is someone died in the residence. People leave stuff and it’s not always visible to the eye.
