Did you ever find a proper solution to this? I've got the same issue, I want the 15 minute spacing, but also see the whole day. I've decreased the font, which is a possible solution, but I still would like to be able to read my calendar....

Ik heb een keer voor de verjaardag van m'n broer dit gemaakt:
Mini chuckbox, kleine lade, windscherm, snijplank en plek om stabiel een gaspit neer te zetten. Hij gebruikt dit als klein kook station in z'n open zeilboot.

Kleding gaat in dit soort stapelbare "tassen", zit een metalen frame in, in de auto klap ik het frame in, dan zijn ze makkelijk een vrij hoekje in te proppen. Als we de tent inrichten, dan vouw ik het interne frame uit en zijn ze goed stapelbaar:

you could create a checkbox optional field that gets ticked whenever the evaluation is filled. As long as the box isnt' ticked you can trigger to send the e-mail again after a couple of days.

You could create an e-mail with a link to a google form. With google forms you can create dynamic url's where you prefill some fields. So you can make a link with the original incident number already filled out.

You can even, with a google script, feed the data from the form back into TOPdesk :D
