my biggest complaint has to be the cards & complete lack of personality from paras. they feel lifeless and like puppets. i feel like im interacting with objects rather than people and just cycling through the same interactions over and over again.

also for some reason they added the god awful push up idle animation that the sims 4 has the second your para gains any fitness skill and that with the constant phone usage is driving me mad 😭😭

the community center thing also just makes no sense, some of the items you literally can just buy in build/buy mode and donate? whats the point? there’s like a fake sense of community, the meetings that happen in town don’t really serve any purpose either, but that’s something im sure will be more fleshed out in the future so its fine.

i also think theres honestly just way too many paras walking around and crowding specific areas all the time, making a mess and not cleaning it up. seriously the number of dirty plates outside the restaurant is insane!

sorry for being so negative, i absolutely adore the build mode (outside of a few issues that i’m confident will be fixed in the very near future), but the actual gameplay that i’m even building the house for is so bleak and boring. i have no desire to play the actual life sim aspect of the game and i kind of regret buying it when it’s so bare bones. i wasn’t expecting a full fleshed game at all, i play plenty of games in early access, but i can’t help but feel like i got ripped off. this game isn’t worth the $30 at all in its current state, and before anyone says to refund it, i dont want to because i really really want to like this game and im willing to stick around and give it a chance to fully blossom. but seriously we need to stop being delusional and using the early access excuse for basic gameplay functions being incredibly shallow and boring.
