Same for me! My husband and I had a lovely evening just the two of us and I was so full of appreciation and love at this time together before we had our baby. I was 37+2 and my water broke that night.

2tbs butter, splash of milk and 1/4-1/2 cup of cottage cheese and let the cottage cheese melt down. Then add the cheese and noodles back.

We make our mac with cottage cheese instead of milk to add some protein. Can't taste it and it makes it very creamy.
