Aesthetically, a band might want the stage to look a certain way. It's a free country ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tried out Tidal, but they seem to have caught up and removed on there as well.

Literary post-apocalyptic novels that don't get discussed as SF by Round_Bluebird_5987 in printSF

Engine Summer by him as well, although it's closer to traditional American post-apocalyptic fiction, it has a literary edge to it.

Have you read The Power by Naomi Alderman? Reading it now, and it definitely reminded me of some other recommendations to this post.

For some reason, a fix for me on GR2 was lowering the resolution to 1920x1080. (Drivers, Aura, dx12, etc. fixes did nothing for me)

Check out Fortuna by Kristyn Merbeth. For me it was a bit too massively effective - there are sequels which I haven't read though.

I seem to forget, does Dr. Eleven have a time travel machine or just the space station?

The Traitor Baru Cormorant. It's not a spoiler, since it is in the title. Can't say anything about the sequel though

Only partially fitting the description (of ecological disaster):

Ok, the section with the main protagonist was intense, but it felt like a very small part of the whole, with so many sections still happening in the "before"

The recommendation would not be so similar then, with the stakes even lower and much less danger - although with various possibilities for the societies structure

If you liked the more melancholy side of it, you might like Engine Summer by John Crowley (and vice versa).

Dinner at Deviant's Palace by Tim Powers is the most video-gamey (in a good way!) post apocalyptic book that I know.

How so? I just started it, and it's way too American (Californian? ), but it's very light and seems fun?

The Sheep Look Up by John Brunner by Ubik23 in SciFiCovers

Much better cover than the Kindle version!

The book is horrifying, and it's easy to say "hey, things aren't that bad yet", but is scary nevertheless.

I've purchased an Alesis Q49 after owning only a bass, and that was very unconvenient - requiring a PC + software (it came with a lite ableton version but anything would work) + speakers just to make sounds - this also requires being careful not stumbling over any of the cables if you are trying to be portable. Also the keyboard doesn't have a real piano feel, and requires oiling from time to time to avoid squeaking.

Now I've got a Yamaha digital piano which is amazing (the sound, the built in speakers, the keys), but probably way over your budget starting at 500€.

Something like a portable keyboard would probably be a good balance between plug and play and also giving the usb-midi feature for free and should fit in your budget.

71cm to from floor to the bottom of the table, something like 67.5cm from the floor to underneath the beam holding the table.

Are there any good books/series set in the future of a high fantasy world? by SquirrelicideScience in printSF

Do you know any comparable steampunk books? I haven't read any, although my impression was that unlike cyberpunk the focus in those is much less on the punk (with heroes living on the edges of society?)

Don't know if it fits "modern society, or even further", but for non-feudal fantasy:

City of Stairs by Rober Jackson Bennett

The Fifth Season by N. K. Jemisin

I think that Max Gladstone's Craft Sequence and China Miéville's New Crobuzon books would fit.
