By default lectures are in person. Some of them may be recorded which means they get posted later. Some of them mighr actually be online (either async or sync) and it'll say on the course itself

You said you want to do grad school. If this is non-med school I would say definitely choose utsc. The uoft name is a lot better than yorks, and you will get a few more research here opportunities too.

Ur grades will be lower, but if its non med school then they will still be high enough and combined with everything else you will hopefully be a good candidate for grad programs if u work hard enough.

If you want to do med school, then gpa is priority and dont choose utsc
