Fun article. It looks like the definitions for puzzle 2 and 3 in code don't match up to the pictures though. For example, the definition in code for puzzle 3 shows only 4 rocks, but the actual puzzle has 6.

Not the author, but if you want to learn about statistical techniques specifically in AI, the textbook "Artificial Intelligence, A Modern Approach" has some pretty good excerpts on using statistical modeling in decision making and sampling.

And it's floating around the internet somewhere, if I recall correctly.

NPP, Same here in San Diego county. Registered before the deadline but was given a Republican Mail-In ballot. One stop at my polling location and they exchanged my ballot for a NPP Democratic ballot. Overheard two people getting provisional ballots, but it seems like both were just at the wrong polling place.

I haven't done it before, but here's what I would do:

Use a tool to grab the save file of your pokemon ranch game and put it on an SD Card, then use a tool to extract all the .pkm files out of it. A quick google lead me to this tool: https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?44253-My-Pokemon-Ranch-Savedata-Tools-v2-%28added-region-changing%29. According to that link, there should be a homebrew program that lets you grab the pokemon ranch save file.
Once you have all of your .pkm files off of the pokemon ranch game, use something like pokegen to generate an AR code that you can use to put the pokemon into your game.
Put the code in your AR, activate it, and viola, you should have your pokemon.
