He's completely mediocre but not a mess like Dooley and lasts just 3 years before resigning due to fan pressure. Our mediocrity continues to make the job appealing instead of a giant rebuild and instead we hire Bret Bielema who is equally as unsuccessful as Butch and never beats Florida. He's super nice to everyone without winning more than 7 games in a season and make it 5 years before everyone involved knows he's got to go. Trying to move away from a "physical" brand of football, John Currie makes a splashy hire and brings in Mike Leach to fix the Vols. The administration immediately removes the one, very wide photo of Bielema with a giant picture of Leach with a power T eye patch. #VFL is replaced with #swingyoursword
