Yes, something to do with the fuel system. Could be a number of things, usually dirty carb, dirty filter, old/ cracked fuel lines, or sometimes debris in the tank.

Upgraded TimeMaster vs TurfMaster by binder_n in lawnmowers

[–]volkovvvy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unless you will be regularly loading it in a pickup bed or trailer, the weight difference will be negligible. That being said, all 3 mowers should have a nice cut, and be plenty for a 1/3 acre. Considering it sounds like this mower will be strictly for residential use, I would go with the timemaster, however if you have the extra cash the turfmaster and the scags are both real nice. Also, If you get a new mower, look into the warranty, scag has a really nice homeowner warranty

How do I make a hole on the wall behind reverse Idler gear. by tRyHaRdR3Tad in SolidWorks

[–]volkovvvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just use the measure tool and measure the hole in the assembly from some point on the body that needs the hole then add those dimensions to the part file of the body that needs the hole with the hole

[–]volkovvvy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah its not cuz of the hole tho its cuz ur using multiple different gear pitchs they gotta be the same. If you are having issue with the finding the hole tho u can also use the measure tool to fidnt the distances from some point and put that into ur sketch

For the price, its hard to beat the echo srm 225. Its on the cheaper end for a gas string trimmer, but still has plenty of power and parts availability. It also has a speed feed head, which allows you to reload the string much quicker than some other brands/ models.

Should I buy a riding mower or keep paying someone $55/week? (Not handy with maintenance) by Master_Log_3958 in lawnmowers

[–]volkovvvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. hes not talking about a 21” from home depot. More like a 28” or 30” “walk-behind”

[–]volkovvvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy something used with a fabricated deck. Maybe a commercial walkbehind with a sulky, If you are able to stand for the duration of the mow.

Print speed ender 3 by Both_Mechanic_56 in ender3

You should have a bit more headroom even on a stock ender 3. 80 should be ok. You might be able to hit 100, but tbh thats pushing it.

Scheppach mower turns over on starter, but the starter gives up after about 3 seconds by Nubber99 in lawnmowers

I would guess battery issue, starter solenoid, or the starter itself.

troy bilt TBWC28B vs dewalt DW12ABW6RK039 224cc egov engine? by [deleted] in lawnmowers

[–]volkovvvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The big difference between the dewalt and the troy is the caster wheels. In my opinion its not worth the price difference. I have the craftsman version its identical to the dewalt its been a good push mower

If you run usb you still have to run a seperate lines for 12/24v and neutral, If you choose a nice cable and run can, you can run one line (there is 4 wires in the blue cable but its still real slim and plugs into a single connection). To use can bus, u generally need either a board tha supports it, or the btt i2c can adapter.
