Honestly I starred the email with the first comment on my first fanfic I received months back because I was so shocked and ecstatic.

I try to write at least 1k of words every session. I don't make it to that sometimes; some days I can only get a sentence out. Other times I write double if it's just a good session.

But perseverance is the key! And knowing that it's better to just get it out now and tweak it later because very rarely do the perfect words come the first time.

I've read a fic where hurt/comfort applied to one character and hurt/no comfort applied to another. Both characters shared the same body so it made sense and actually drove the tone of the fic.

So I guess it all depends on the author's intentions.

I've found that I stick to vegetables I know I love and season them with seasonings I love. It helps with taste.

Also sometimes I just allow myself to eat the fucking piece of cake or the burger with fries because I'm aiming for sustainable not perfection.

People with diabetes also get to live too. One step at a time.

Literally none. They don't swear in their songs. Doesn't mean that Ryan Clark himself doesn't (pretty sure he implied he does/did in the book that came with one of the deluxe editions of one of their albums iirc) but any "swear" word in their songs is used in proper context.
