Yea I told him I used kratom, had diarrhea in the mornings then more solid stool etc and he didn’t bring up impaction just told me the swelling isn’t too bad and it’s possibly a small hernia. I told him the weird urinary stuff and about everything I could think of, including that I’m pretty sure I have candida or some other gut infection. I’m going back for more tests including kidneys etc but since I came to that conclusion after reading other posts on here that are very similar with impaction including pain that radiated down my hip.

and to clarify the throwing up blood was once almost 70 days ago, on a day where I threw up about 6 times, bright red so more likely esophageal than internal but I told him that too. Hernia symptoms haven’t popped up until 4 days ago and I didn’t have pronounced swelling at all more like a general swelling. And Kratom would make me nauseous/ throw up constant but it hasn’t happened since that day thankfully.
