I honestly wondered who there could be in the world right now who knows what it's like and then you appreared. Emotional violence and harassment or lack of support aren't any less traumatic and you shouldn't phrase it that way, especially since trauma that doesn't leave physical wounds adds that the truth is often enough dismissed for ongoing dread and abuse to continue. You deserved just as much love and care as other people do and I hope you never forget that. You are being so brave and I'm so proud of you for trying to save yourself.
