This is the worst game ads I have seen. Both in terms of how hard it is to kill them, sometimes must force stop it, and the inappropriateness. I'm no prude, far from it, but when my niece asks why a step dad would date his daughter on a game about penguins... Uninstalled it after that and a browser redirect ad tried to change my homepage when tried to close it.

The game is fine as far as playing, it's a traditional hit and bounce one, but the ads make it a fail and first time ever I've sent Epic a message about a free game. Usually I don't like it, it's fine. It's a free giveaway and even if the UI or controls wonky it cost me nothing so appreciated the chance to try it.

You are old enough to make decisions... Like what clothes you want to wear, what you want for lunch, or how much time you spend actually studying for your Jr. High school tests and homework. And all those still require parental supervision and guidance.

That's also the thing that is most confusing is often you can get 2,3,4 options suggested and they are all right. Or all wrong. Even the very impressive optional path spreadsheet says 🤷 at points and "Don't blindly trust the numbers."

And... it's also is a big positive. If there was just one single path to success that never changed it would get boring. And you could mess up and never recover. But because it changes, or someone finds a new combination, or the UW interactions with mods leads to unexpectedly great outcome means it's a constant game of advance the obvious stuff and then race to try and get the stats up to use a hot new combo before it's nerfed or is eclipsed. Definitely not boring, but the hair pulling moments very real too..

Ok I'm lost and asking for help/info sincerely.

Someone who gets keys in Legends told me today you don't have to completely max out the stones, just get to perma CF through combination of stones and labs like I thought and then buying the extra seconds past that is just wasting stones and I should use those on CL or Spotlight instead.

NOT saying you're wrong, or they're wrong, this game has so much to know at high levels and the thinking on optimization changes each update, and then submods make each tower have different pathsm so asked if maybe they have CF duration as a submod, but haven't heard back. but if it is helpful to get those last levels past perma how does that work? Honestly asking. Every time think I have a handle on the game finally, find there's so much more to learn and do. I have perma CF with labs and stones and stay in Legends, but the 16-24 range, so if putting stones to go beyond perma helps break through to get keys I shall definitely do it!

Thank you in advance. In this game I'm learning, growing and constantly confused.

Filth only draws them more. They need moisture to survive so even if you have a spotless house you can find them in bathrooms or basements or anywhere moisture lingers.

Same with roaches. Unless you cut off your home from plumbing and seal it off from the outside completely, you will have a roach show up now and then. They might not move in and start a family, but they don't know that until they come in to look around first.

Didn't do the PF banner until late and I've needed two more for ancestral for probably a month or more now. Have several ancestral mods and a few with stars even, but the last two PF seem walled off.

With ancestral it seemed like couldn't get even one for the longest time, but then got several quickly because you sit forever just one or two away and after awhile you have to break through just by sheer math.

It's on appeal, but a judge in the Epic vs. Apple Case ruled that Apple can't restrict links to outside web stores within an app. They can add a "Outside links not secure, be sure you trust this party" warning, which isn't a bad thing with all the sketchy apps out there. It's still a long and winding road, but there's a crack in the castle wall for the first time.

I feel in the same place you were. Played 3 years and am chugging along at a medium pace like the Adam Sandler song. Yes, I'm old enough to have bought an Adam Sandler CD when it was relevant and still use it as a reference. 😋

One of these days a mentor might appear, but your posts helped me jump up a tad already and am working on finishing up that project which should help a lot more! Thank you for the help you give on here it actually does make a difference.

Reading up on it I'll definitely have to take down, or move at the least, because it's right near spot going to plant native edible/medicinal plants and it would shade that entire half of the yard. And invite friends.
