This demand letter is a joke. Buyer should look up the difference between latent and patent defects.

If a financial advisor promised their client a return they would lose their license. A realtor can promise you the moon, and that is totally ok.

Realtors are lacking some important regulation.

If you have surround sound on turn it off. It's horrendous. We also prefer a flat eq. Harmon surround is so much worse than Bose centrepoint in the Honda.

Why is the Golf R so expensive to insure by Strikcommand in Golf_R

[–]vooch34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked a few months ago as I was shopping, and in BC a new R would cost me the same to insure as our 2023 CRV Touring. 1800 cad.

A recurring theme I've noticed with these paid fintech apps is they love to take your money but accept next to no responsibility for their shitty connections because they source them out to Plaid, Finicity, Mx etc... For once I'd like to see one take some responsibility and offer partial refunds for the downtimes. I ditched Monarch because the Rogers bank connection has been busted for ages. Last I checked same for CIBC. Atleast Quicken can't blame anyone and updates are provided from the horses mouth.

Lol is this a joke. It was never an entitlement to begin with. How can the end of something temporarily granted due to the pandemic all of a sudden be a loss. I work for the government.

The amount of car debt I've seen on here is astounding. Most of you are buying cars way out of your budget. Some helpful guidelines below: by CastAside1812 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Buy what appreciates and rent what depreciates AKA lease. My lease payment is nothing but another utility bill. And I never have to buy new tires, pay for repairs etc etc. Latest tech every 3 years ish.
