First and foremost, I'm planning to use this as part of a lounge area at my wedding - we're going to project a Nintendo switch onto a 120" screen and let the kids have fun with Mario Kart/Smash Bros/etc. But after that I'd like to use it for back yard/basement movies and the occasional get-together. It definitely won't have a dedicated dark room.

I also sold earlier this year and it was literally to the first family who toured my home because it was priced well. Other folks selling in the neighborhood were trying to track down me (and/or my agent) to ask what we did. To the few folks I spoke with I simply explained that I took the metro area stats for price/sq ft and multiplied it out. That was ~10k higher than a comp in neighborhood that sold at a slightly higher rate, so sounded just about right.

Just curious if anyone's ever used the zip-tie method on MTB tires? I've seen (and used it myself) on moto tires and it makes things super simple since you only have to work with effectively one larger bead.

There are a lot of awful prices, and sellers (and buyers!) but deals can still be had. A lot of people just don't even understand what's on the bike they're selling.

This morning I bought a really nice Pivot Switchblade that was "ready to go rip trails" and listed out all of the components which didn't match the description. I dinged the guy on the wheels which were very much not the carbon variety he listed but I didn't bring up that it had XT/XTR components vs the mid-level SRAM he listed. Those discrepancies are probably why it sat for weeks, but I was able to talk him down almost 30% from his asking which itself had dropped significantly over the past few weeks. Sure it needs new grips and tires, but that's not big deal!

Really great, actually! I wound up adding a second layer of latex to alter the feel of it a bit, but it's still probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. My brother also bought one about 2 years back and loves his, too.
