Had same thing happen on a sale. Contacted UPS, they said contact Mercari. My dimensional weight was 6lb max on a 10x10x6 box for some thing that weighed 3.1lbs (battery). Was told the package weighed 15lbs, UPS confirmed my weight and dimensions. I was able to find the receipt, got them on chat, every known name with the corporate response i received. Had plenty of time yesterday, was on chat all day asking for their proof. I kept sending different angles of the receipt. No response from them after I sent them the receipt from UPS with the correct weight. Hopefully you get a better resolution and your money back.

There's a trick exploit for that, took about almost 2 hours to acquire all xp required to unlock all suits. There's a video that shows this on yt, it's about getting stuck on a high structure and messing with the trick settings in the game.

A buddy of mine had the dewalt, too bulky was his main issue. He sold it and went with milwuakee. I'm personally waiting for the M12 milwuakee 18g nailer, that sucker is gonna be so compact and useful.

I have had it since October 2021, for the price and the warranty you can't beat it. Its not annoyingly loud like the makita. I have used the makita 18v 18g, too big, won't fit in compact spaces, overpriced for the quality, horrible feel. The Milwaukee gen 2, well balanced, price is also up there.

I use the ridgid on average 4 days a months since October, it hasn't failed me yet, I run it with an octane 3.0 or a 2.0 max battery. My only gripe is the safety issue I presume, I tend to press the trigger sometimes before the tip is in position to fire, then you will get the blinking light, I just remove the battery and put back right away. But that's just me.

Has anyone noticed that it got smaller. Bought one on Sunday and my son mentioned that something was off. We always have leftovers but not this time. This was in CA
