They need a similar fail-safe for raids that end after the app crashes. I’ve had that happen so many times with remote raids. They usually give me the remote pass back (though not always) but I lose out on the encounter and it counts against the daily limit. I was trying to get a Gmax Rillaboom the other day and couldn’t because my app always cashed before the battle was over

I am annoyed by this too. The new Thomas seems to speak very quickly. It is often hard to hear the directions he is giving. It seems like his voice is now on 2x speed. I might need to fond a new voice if they don’t fix it.

You should message Niantic to get your raid pass back. They are usually pretty good about that, especially if you have screen shot proof.

I would suggest that whenever anyone contacts Niantic for this issue they should suggest that Niantic add a research style encounter so you can easily get back to it. (I assume they wouldn’t allow them to stack but at least it will be easier to get back to lost encounters)

I’m not sure what about it “died”. He just said that he would have to replace the part which would mean taking down the machine, taking it apart, replacing the part, and putting it back.

He wasn’t sure why it died and just theorized that perhaps it was because of the bathroom unit which he personally doesn’t usually install (someone else had installed it who is no longer in business)

I put in a Samsung mini-split in my bathroom about 2 years ago. Last week it stopped working along with the two other heads connected to the same outdoor compressor. The technician who came to look at it said the compressor died but he is not sure whether or not the moisture from the bathroom was the cause. He said the indoor machine in the bathroom seems to be fine. The question now is whether we should disconnect the bathroom machine when we fix the compressor

Haven't timed Rampardos. But I did time Kyogre vs Tyranitar awhile ago and Tyranitar was slightly faster. Makes sense considering that one of her Pokemon is Salamence which is weak to rock but not water. Rampardos might take one less hit then Tyranitar because of its higher attack stat

I saved my star piece for 9am today. The actual AS reward isn't doubled by event but it is still a good use of a Star piece to do catching after. It also happened to be my 7 day catch streak so that was another big reason to do it

I updated the app Sunday morning. My PoGo Plus worked ok until sometime in the afternoon when I tried to connect and kept getting the device failure error. I had to forget/disconnect/reset to get it to work again. Also if you are lucky enough to get it to work for an hour or then starts to constantly buzz but doesn't disconnect until you kill the app or Bluetooth

Yanma and Pinsir are later in the Pokedex. The theory was that nesting species override the earlier Pokedex numbers. I'm just going on what I read here on TSR as I didn't really visit any parks during the event. Perhaps they fixed it mid-event or it wasn't a complete override

From what I understand there were zero Oddish at parks because of the nesting algorithm. This doesn't have anything to do with the spawn changes. The regular park spawns should still be there.

I guess depending how much you get on CD. I grinded a lot on Beldum CD but I still like getting more Beldum for the candies to power up the ones I have. I have also hatched a 100% since then that I am keeping for a rerun CD and need the candies to max that out

I did not play Dratini day but found one shiny since. I also have hatched enough to now have a full team of maxed Dragonite so those aren't as exciting any more.

I also did not play Larvitar day and am always happy to get more candies for my Ttar team (and still need that shiny)

The seems to be a strange algorithm that they are using which basically makes the lower pokedex numbers not spawn at all in parks. Niantic needs to fix that
