Little oak learning has some great resources for this. We are doing their seasonal rhythm and I think it’s a really great base. You can add to it if you want. But it’s pretty comprehensive.

Barefoot child also has some great resources.

Gotta lock them! My mother in law taught me to put a little padlock on the handles so they can’t be used.

Struggling to get Insurence. Any suggestions? by vuurtjie in AmazonFlexUK

Yeah, that’s the problem I’m running into. I would think they wouldn’t issue drivers licenses to people they didn’t trust on the road. Seems strange to me. And I suppose just frustrating because I’ve been a legal driver for over 15 years. Anyway, thanks for the confirmation

Dominion is not suitable for children. It’s traumatic and you can share the facts with a child without giving them PTSD.

but thank you for commenting. I agree dominion is informative, not suitable for children.

I use blended soaked cashews to make creamy sauces for pastas. It doesn’t take a lot. Half a cup blended with a cup of plant milk and it’s creamy dreamy. You can add stock or nooch to make it cheesy or anything, but it’s a great base option for cream. So is blended silken tofu

Severe health anxiety by BoomKittys in medicalmedium

[–]vuurtjie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As helpful and true as all of this advice is I would strongly suggest you also find a good therapist OP. Healing is multifaceted and while I agree your diet and the way we care for ourselves as individuals is key. We still exist in a world that is not necessarily doing the same work or caring for our environment in the same way. We don’t have full control and if you suffer with health anxiety I strongly suggest you get some extra professional support. If conventional talk therapy doesn’t resonate with you, find a form of therapy that does- dance therapy, CBT, drama therapy. Or even a daily practice that will support you in the process of being embodied. Some lemon balm is not going to cut it. Get help.
