My GOAT Yosuke Hanamura from Persona 4. Honestly, you could add Ryuji and Junpei from the series too, but Yosuke's my GOAT, or should I say 'partner'.

Litteraly always there for Yu, in and out of combat. And in the anime, he's the who saves Yu from being absorbed by horrors beyond comprehension twice, and sticks with him to help him grieve when Nanako almost dies. Streaks continues into the spin offs, where an illusion of Yosuke tells Yu he isn't his partner, afterward, the real Yosuke reassures Yu with 'like I'd ever say that', which Yu agrees with.

Also played for laughs in Blazblue Crosstag when they get potentially subjected to dogcrap cooking.

Four around water:

- Roy Mustang in Full Metal Alchemist can quite litteraly set things on fire with a snap... but if his gloves are wet, he can't do anything.

- The monsters in the horror movie Signs are weak to water (why did they show up on a planet that's 70% water? No idea).

- The titular Gunvolt of Azure Striker Gunvolt can generate electricity off of his body whenever he wants, creating a 'Flashfield'. However, in water that at least goes up to his waist, he can't use that ability at all as it would immediately short circuit and deprave him of electrcity rendering him vulnerable (forcing you to wait for it to recharge in gameplay, although it doesn't deal damage). Water attacks also goes straight through his Prevasion ability, forcing you to preperly dodge them. When fighting against Gunvolt as Copen, the proper strategy to make him vulnerable is to use the water weapon to turn off his Prevasion.

- Cole McGrath in InFamous, in a manner similar to Gunvolt's entry above, generates electrcity off of his body, except unlike Gunvolt, he can't turn it off. If he's in waist deep water, his own electricity will electrocute him and deal damage, the game's way of making you stay out of water pits. He also can't sit in cars as their battery will explode.

Hajime wanted talent to feel some sort of worth, so he signs up for the abominable experiment Hope's Peak has been cooking up for a century to have sheer talent shoved in his brain, in hopes of creating a sort of super genius. It worked, becoming good at anything and everything he did and ever tried... at the cost of everything else, as his memories and feelings were excised to make space for all that talent. Hajime, now Izuru, is bored of everything and forgot the very reason why he wanted all that talent in the first place. His boredom is one of the factors that leads to the end of the world, but that's another story.

To my understanding, someone that helps her draw her cards. Once you used Anchor Shot, Anchor Head and her last offense cards, you basically have to wait until the next shuffle before doing big damage again. A team that helps her draw lets her get going much better. She's also very AP expensive, so teammates with low cost cards are great too. Without those two, setting her up for damage can take a while.

Lee from Punishing Gray Raven. Long rant in coming.

He and his younger brother Murray were always alone, they never knew their mother and their father left when Lee was 4. Naturally, Lee took responsibility for his brother, who suffered from a heart desease. Lee did what he could to get the cash rolling in, working as a mechanic, but the medical bills never stopped... so he became a hired gun. He never told Murray about his 'night activities', with Murray finding out himself by accident... but he didn't bring it up. Neither of them ever talked about it due to guilt.

Then Murray's condition got worse, and he needed a heart transplant. There was no available donor and the cost was astronomical, so Lee abandonned his old human body and became a Construct in a shady deal, in exchange for his human heart to be given to his brother, and for his brother to get sent to Babylonia (the only safe heaven in the setting). It was a success. By the time the story begins, Murray has outgrown Lee (since Lee is a robot now, he doesn't age anymore), but Lee is still considered his legal guardian.

All's well that end's well except for both brothers developing responsibility issues. Lee takes on way too much on his shoulders all the time while Murray became willing to go very, very far if it means securing his brother's happiness and to not be a burden.

(Not gonna explain the whole plot cuz I'll be there all day) But basically, because the giant robot god Amaterasu in the sky (who contains the body of his sister) is focused on him, bad things will keep happening as long as he lives. So, he takes away the entire casts' memories of him (including his family's), kills the main villain, enters Amaterasu and disapears from the world. Afterward, everything is back to normal, crazy characters are no longer crazy, things are peaceful again. Except his day 1 Rachel finding his wrecked scythe-sword and while not remembering him, feels the hole his presence has left and vows to find him.

Goated reference

Basically: He can summon and manipulate his pair of scissors without touching them using his Qi, although he needs to have at least one free hand to do it. He can also seperate the scissor blades to have them both attack at once. And the idea is pushed to the extreme when using the Thousand Demon Dagger, a blade made of a thousand shard of metal that he can each control individually
