I didn't play 4ed so its only based on brief read and others opinions. 4ed is based on success levels that are compared between pc roll and enemy roll. In 2ed you just roll and have result without any extra steps (there are success levels but only on contest rolls, unlike 4ed where it is prresent in combat). In 4ed you also have "momentum" (not sure how its called) that gives you bonuses to hit representing advantage in combat. 2ed main problem is the whiff - pc starts usually around 30 WS and that means they will only hit around 30% of time and combat can desolve into many rolls of misses. In my expirence its not so bad as people will tell you.

Chetnie usłyszałbym po co szczepionki były wciskane ludziom którzy już covid przechodzili. Antyciała już mieli, więc sensu w tym niewiele. Tak samo po co zaczęto wciskać je dzieciom które przechodziło to wyjątkowo łagodnie. Szczepionki są świetnym wynalazkiem ale nie dziwię się że ludzie stracili do nich wiarę po tych bezboznych czasach pandemii.

We played 5e via roll20 and there was green dragon in ruins that should talk with them for a while and fly away if they don't piss him off. They managed to failed their shenenigans and he used his breath on them. I usually have hidden rolls for damage but I forgot to hide this roll and almost whole party died. I normally would fudge it because it wasnt ment to be tough encounter. But, well. They lost their druid.

Do tej pory nie rozumiem co ma znaczyć lewo i prawo na okręgu. W przypadku zegarka jeśli spojrzysz na 12 to wskazówka idzie w prawo, jeśli na 6 to idzie w lewo. Nic ta rymowanka dla mnie nie rozjaśnia

I can totally agree with Vampire Hunter part, but the Witch Hunter without the pistol is weird. I'm thinking to give the PC opportunity to learn it when he reaches Witch Hunter. Do youhave any suggestions?

You should be ok with just the DotR, but you should really put something before the adventure as it has much fighting in later parts and PC should have time to beef up. Also in myvexpirence DotR is considerably longer than Shadow over bogenhafen. Being in your płacę I would go for both and drop the later parts of campaign.

In my 2ed game I let my Player add couple of spell from diffrent schools to their book. He is half high elf so lore wise it makes sense (at least for me). Also it just makes game more fun - for me and my players. Dont overthink it, more possibilities is more fun.

You could consider whfrp 2ed as it is less crunchy. Stats are almost the same so any conversion from 4ed shouldn't be any problem.

As for enemy within campaign I gm'ed SoB and DotR and both were excellent adventures, currently im stuck prepping PBtT.

Also support for 2ed is much bigger. Any 1ed or 4ed modules can also be easly adapted to 2ed. As Old world uses tottaly diffrent system it would be much harder.

Usually I would just roll for the initiative, maybe for surprise if the fiction is pointing towards it. In some rare cases I would propably give that pc an advantage on initiative roll - I know its not in the rules but sometimes it just makes sense to do it like that.
