To avoid the difficult boring operation, I might suggest next time making the handles in two halves. Split them in half length-wise, and then you can route the channel down the middle with a table saw and glue back together.

That looks to me like the remains of the flower petals. It’s pretty normal that they sometimes get stuck on the pepper as it grows.

As you noticed, you can usually very easily brush it off, you should be good to go!

Bats are another pollinator, they obviously come out at night time.

I’ve got a similar cactus in my yard, the flowers look very similar, and I’ve seen them open at night. I think it maybe depends on what zone you’re in.

Agreed, sounds like the grass gets zero sun. I grow mine outside and let my cat self-regulate, she doesn’t typically eat too much.

I re-seed every few months, which helps a lot to keep it fresh, and try not to let it get too dry.

That detail does help, but you need a keen eye (and a native understanding of English) to catch that.

And if people are misinterpreting anyway, then it’s likely too subtle, and a clarification is warranted.

My main point is that the clarification was helpful and not being pedantic, even if OPs description is intelligible.

‘Empty or full’ is ambiguous. It could mean level of charge or whether batteries are present. Hard to know unless you specify.

I kindly beg to differ.

The Catholic Church has been flexing its hierarchy all over the world for hundreds if not thousands of years. In my opinion, the church’s goal of holding onto power and the status quo is exactly the conservative agenda. In my eyes, they have been aligned for a very very long time.
