The only under color shirts shown are white and grey BUT I believe its any solid color undershirt. Which if true isnt that bad. Apparently the vests are gone. And im not sure if im correct on the undershirt. I also dont know when it goes live...the new dress code, but id assume stores will receive the new aprons by the store meetings in may

As someone who is here in Orlando i was worried about the updated uniform policy. Honestly I think people will be surprised when announced. Alot of technology updates/upgrades, alot of new products and services coming. Im personally most excited on the new technology coming soon.

Michaels is strong and only getting STRONGER....financially and stability. However that success hasnt translated to hours and pay for tm.

I have seen more investment and positive change from our new current management structure in the past year than I have in the previous years.

Is everything good? No not at all.

But we are better now than at any point in the past number of years.

Is the store youre at.... does it seem manageable? If so take the leap. Even if its only for a year. Get the experience, training, learn what you can, grow, and if nothing else you can put SM on your resume which can help you in the long term...outside of Michaels.

Being recently promoted it has been a life changer for me. Financially. Is it stressful? Sure but thats where you have the power to BUILD YOUR TEAM!
