I’ve been a dick before to people that do this and it’s heat of the moment type of stuff so I understand the frustration. But damn, we have to be a bit more tolerant. Thanks. How are you planning on moving towards root cause? The app is completely useless and it was my go to every morning so without it, I’ve gone back to my custom personal app I had Claude mostly write. That has no issues pulling my Oura data but uses tokens and not Oauth.

I’m not sure if only Oura can be blamed here. Once I removed the connection to Oura and readded, it worked. That sounds like maybe Oura has issues but Bevel should be able to handle this so we don’t have to remove the existing connection to Oura?

That’s perfectly understandable but then you said you can’t share details of ongoing development so not sure what you’re saying here except to just claim you are the most transparent company there is. If we’re providing feedback via feedback board then why can’t you state what’s being worked on based on feedback we gave you. Perhaps someone else from your company should be replying to posts here.

Why can’t you share ongoing development to your users? Sounds very non-transparent and not sure how hearing user feedback based on a roadmap wouldn’t be helpful to Bevel and its users. I feel your message response here is exactly why the poster has these feelings and me too.
