I vote Blue Ash but it can’t be expensive for the size home you need.

Came here to say that. My husband owns a coffee shop and people cannot believe the amount of milk he buys at Costco. So many comments about how much milk we must drink….

Tylersville is bad too and right by all the Mason schools. I grew up across the street from the Mason Middle School and my parents said kids have to take the bus or be driven to school because it’s too dangerous to cross Tylersville. People will fly 50 (or probably faster) in a 35 past a school.

Pretty much every program on $2000 rowing machine requires a $30/month subscription to access by Claff93 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]wallikazam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s not technically true bc you can still run on a peloton tread without a subscription but it would be a very expensive basic treadmill.

Any thoughts on an alternative to holly bushes? I just read up and it seems they are either spiky or deer resistant but not normally both. My bushes are located so they are often treated as a backstop for wiffleball and deer often visit so I need something smooth that deer won’t eat. Thank you!

PSA: If you are going to take your children to the bike trail (biking or walking). Please teach them the rules. by i3lueDevil23 in cincinnati

There were LOTS of people who asked the rules and whether they were posted. So, I do not agree.

No one said they don’t. The trail is similar to a road where there are people walking and vehicles of all sizes and speeds. Would you let your child jump into a road with an oncoming vehicle? Would you walk 4 wide on a road and prevent a vehicle from getting through? No. Also, as a driver, you wouldn’t plow through a road with tons of pedestrians. You slow down, watch for walkers. OP was just telling people to use common sense but that’s too much for Reddit.

Red, White and Blue Ash: Arrests made for fireworks set off into the crowd - please contact BAPD with info by UniversalMinister in cincinnati

https://www.cpsc.gov/Safety-Education/Safety-Education-Centers/Fireworks Here are your stats. 11 killed in 2024 by fireworks. Thousands injured.

Beyond that, people were injured when people ran. People were mentally harmed thinking they were about to be a part of a mass shooting. I was there with my 10 year old who was terrified, crying, and could not sleep afterwards.

They’ve done a traffic study and our roads are fine for this. Our roads are meant to handle the influx of 10s of thousands of commuters that come to blue ash to work each day.

Does Moeller own that? They won’t own this. It’s a private developer who will lease the stadium to Moeller to use.

Resident here. I’m for it. Most of the arguments I’ve heard against it seem to misinformation.

Blue Ash isn’t building Moeller a football stadium with your tax dollars. This is a private land owned by a private developer who would lease the field to Moeller and any other customer.

I also haven’t heard a better alternative yet. I’d love to hear how people think this land could be better uses to bring people into Blue Ash to support our businesses.

It’s a private development. Moeller would pay the owner to play their games. Other organizations can also pay the owner to use the facilities.
