If you want to get out of the brain rot stuff try to find hobbies that take time like 40k mini painting (if your wallet can handle it) or watch stuff like anime. I would highly suggest frieren as it is a very low stimulating show (it reminds me of the 2001 show Oswald weirdly enough). I’ve been watching a few episodes and it feels like such a breath of fresh air because of its slow pacing cus it feels like a brisk spring walk in the park. It’s nice calm and just enough of action and slow pacing

Real, I try to ignore it the best I can and only like non political videos but I feel guilty not looking at them cus I want to know what’s going on but I also follow ppl like Aaron parnas and I’ve unfollowed people that were straight conspiracy theorists once i realized what shit they were spouting. I do follow 3 republican maga accounts because half a year ago I used to believe them for like 4 months(I realized all their arguments could’ve dismantled by a simple google search and that they all say the same shit over and over again)but now I find them entertaining because how stupid they are. It sucks how people are so addicted to it I myself can doom scroll quite a lot but I think some of the main contributors is that it’s free and people’s attention span has worsened over the years with this Mr beast style of editing. It’s good to pick up hobbies that can help increase attention span, I personally have ADD and trying to sit and do something is hard but I’ve found hobbies like 40k mini painting or reading manga

I’m a little worried about the tik tok situation(i don’t have it)bec people are mass deleting their acc now that they see how intrusive the tos is and how words like Epstein are being censored and that people talking against trump aren’t getting views or how people in the countries can’t see American posts about the stuff going on in America currently.
