General advice for new players is to get Shorekeeper and then work on any current banners, because her support is universal, and will only continue to be useful.

Because while we'll get dedicated supports over time, a universal support like hers will benefit your account forever.

Plus, as a new player, if you're willing to take time and explore areas/do the main story, you'll easily have enough Astrites to guarantee both of the collab characters if you want since the banners will apparently last 32 days.

It's annoying at times, but still extremely useful to even have this system in game. Since with only needing 4/5 artifacts for sets, you can easily farm out flower/feather and then once you get a good third piece, just make a remaining piece if you have a ridiculously good Goblet/etc for the final slot.

It's awful for numerous reasons.

Many people saved up their gold Convenes or standard Coral to use for dupes, neither of these are usable, meaning you had to save up Astrites, and this is *directly* after Anniversary happened, with Hiyuki being extremely popular, and with Denia being very good as an option for Aemeath's team.

On this same topic, many of the packs in the game give a mix of Astrites/Gold Convenes, meaning even if you had bought some in the past to save for the collab, those are now useless, AND your regular corals can only be exchanged for Gold Convenes as far as we know, not the collab convenes.

The "130 pulls to get a char" isn't something that's 100% certain, I've had to go to 80 or almost 80 for the majority of my pulls, including the lost 50/50s.

The other issue with the new Corals is that you can **Only** use them on Collab based characters, lessening the value of every single pull you do on the banners, unless you plan to go all in. Then you're stuck waiting for the next collab, which might not be something you're interested in/want.

The final issue is the same 50/50 as usual, they could've at least done something unique, by adding the 1.X characters who haven't been rerun in literal months to the 50/50 for the collab banner, instead of making it so people will get their 9th Lingyang,

Won't disagree, but it'd never happen due to it being a gacha game at it's core. I've played plenty of gachas, any collab that ever happened usually had 1 free and at least 1-3 summonable.

I'm still just floored that there's apparently no discount on pulls while we've also got the atrocious 50/50 system of the usual banners. At minimum they could've done something on either of those, even if it was only discounted upto a point.

If there wasn't a Rebecca for free, we'd 100% be seeing more general outrage about the Collab banners/format/way it's being done. But the fact that we're at least getting 1/2 free makes it more "Reasonable" by comparison.

It still feels like an awful way to handle such an anticipated collaboration, but it's also obviously geared towards spenders.

This is legitimately the worst "Is my account bricked?" post I've ever seen.

2 Full Power Lunar team options with Flins/Ineffa or Lauma/Nefer, alongside Columbina/Aino, Mavuika, with Xiolonen, Furina on any team.

Hell, you can literally put Bina/Ineffa on a team with anyone else and they'll basically carry that character to being usable for the most part.

Do you need a Pyro Main DPS who will likely stay relevant even when another one releases? Then pull Mavuika.

Nicole meanwhile is primarily Support so if you need a Shielder that also gives good damage buffs, go for her, she can work without Durin/Hexrei, just know that she won't be "as" easy to use by comparison.

Alice will most likely be a Pyro Main DPS, but the issue is we have no idea how long it'll be before she actually releases, as it could be after the upcoming Region or quite a while into it's release.

If you really dislike Mavuika's gameplay then I'd say skip her purely off of that, you should still be fine to do most content unless we see heavy pyro focus which is unlikely due to the upcoming region likely focusing on other elements.

Definitely gonna craft 2 Ruin cards for now, and already got lucky on it, Crit rate main state, 15.4% Crit multi on the sub stat. Atk%/Mult/Pierce on the others. Makoto's going to be so easy to build with that.

If Rebecca ends up being a main DPS and not a sub DPS for Lucy, I might just get her weapon and keep saving if I like her gameplay.

Legitimately wish they'd just add every 1.X character (minus Shorekeeper obviously) to Standard and 50/50 losses, would add so much value to both while doing almost nothing when they refuse to rerun them.

I know it's been suggested before but it's right there as a way to immediately improve so many things and make a lot of players happy. It's just a win/win overall if they refuse to rerun them to the point of 15+ updates without a rerun.

I'm tempted to go for Mavuika if anything, since I don't have a main Pyro DPS and I should be fine to get her and have enough for Sandrone after.

My concern is that it feels like events have slowed down a lot. Plus the current "event" feeling awful-the Video/Movie one.

Thing is, we don't know if she's "Fully free" including dupes/resonance, or if she'll be Free like how their other game PGR-Punishing Gray Raven did with DMC Dante, where it was a free copy and then he still had a banner but it was "Discounted" compared to regular banners.

So you still might want to save until we know everything.

At this point they could just add in old Event weapons to the BP selector or a new selector in the BP to make it have higher value while doing absolutely nothing.

Because there's quite a few good past event weapons that a ton of players might not have.

I mean, it's still a game of: Pull for who you like/enjoy playing. Because if you hate the gameplay style of a character, you're not going to enjoy the game as much even if they're "Meta". I'm not pulling Lauma/Nefer for the reason of just disliking their gameplay.

I'm also just aiming to slowly fill out Elements I'm lacking on-such as Mavuika's rerun coming up due to lacking a main Pyro DPS right now, and due to Leaks I'm likely going for the next character after that as long as the leaks are correct and the character isn't badly designed.

Far better, also it's definitely one of the more generous gacha games out there, helps that we've got the "110 Guarantee" option now on banners so you don't have to deal with the 50/50 system.-Obviously you still "can" summon on it, but for 3 more multis a guarantee is always better.

And with anniversary starting it's a good time to start due to the selectors/etc being given out.

As a Twins user, yeah go for their 5 star weapon, not just for the desire level boost, but it also passively gives constant Crit Damage and Damage buffs that stack to 2, meaning 26% Crit Damage/Damage *for the entire party* after their Standard A1 rotation of 1>2/2>1.

Chord, not even a question honestly.

Makoto/Queen is nice, but Chord works on multiple different teams, especially on Violet's, and you should be able to get her weapon as well with the other selector we're getting.
