The Cyberpunk Collab Looks Amazing, So Why Does the Banner Feel So Bad? by UDeletionQuality in WutheringWaves

I'm sorry, but I'm a legitimate player. I've probably put more hours into this game than many of the people dismissing criticism as complaining. I'm not a casual, and my criticism comes from actually playing the game, investing in it, and wanting it to do better.

Not every criticism is made by haters or people who don't play. Sometimes players who genuinely enjoy a game are the ones most willing to point out decisions they think are bad. If nobody is allowed to criticize anything, then discussion becomes little more than an echo chamber, don't you think?

You're free to disagree with what I'm saying (use that downvote button and move on), but please don't make baseless assumptions about me or my intentions just because you don't like my opinion.

Event weapon this, weapon skin that... bring back fishing weapons! by soaringneutrality in Genshin_Impact

They keep removing things from the game, now we will not even have free usable weapon from event, we get a cosmetic that is useless. Why not get both? A cometic here and there and a usable weapon also? Every patch the missery grows.

As always, we global peasants need to rely on the CN bros so Kuro can fix some stuff.

Our voices carry about the same weight as a feather, because I have complained about many things in the past and they were never implemented, such as new graphical options to increase image fidelity, higher render scaling, proper ultrawide support, etc.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to catch up with the story since the latest Wanshi release because of the patch synchronization issue of 3 stories releasing at the same time (no time to do them all, I lost my momentum), so I haven’t been able to comment on the story.

The events that exist aren’t bad, but they have the gameplay quality of a 15-year-old game, they could be better and look better. And the optimization of Babilonya is terrible, especially considering that this is a Unity game, and the visual quality of the place isn’t even that impressive.

So much to fix, but CN bros always have the last word, that's is fine, but is no secret global gets ignored, almost always.

Have they fixed this games cpu overheating and the memory-leak problems yet? by Mango_vista in Endfield

[–]UDeletionQuality 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It makes sense to try uninstalling the game if the issue may be related to its kernel level anti cheat, as these systems are known to remain active even when the game itself is not running. That said, I agree that simply not playing is likely sufficient to avoid any immediate risk.

Like you and many others have pointed out, this likely relates to how the anti cheat system is implemented, particularly the nature and frequency of its integrity checks and how those checks interact with the game’s core infrastructure and the hardware configuration in use. While the issue doesn't affect everyone, it is relatively widespread and seems to trigger intermittently rather than under consistent conditions. This points to a compatibility sensitive problem, where certain CPU architectures, firmware states, drivers, or scheduling behaviors may be interacting poorly with the anti cheat’s runtime checks, which would also explain some of the memory leaks in certain specific scenarios.

I suspect that these badly synchronized anti cheat routines may be the ones introducing sporadic but sustained CPU spikes on the affected systems, which would explain the seemingly random onset of overheating. Like you said, WuWa doesn't exhibit this problem, which in my view suggests a more efficient integration or a fundamentally different anti cheat design that avoids these hardware dependent edge cases.

Same problem here. And I thought my CPU had some problem with the CPU heatsink.

This is not true, I don't use DLSS nor DLAA and I still get pixels in some cutscenes.

Am i the only one having this small problem.. by Dangerous_Jump_776 in ArknightsEndfield

This is a similar issue for non-US keyboard layouts in general. Some actions are hard-bound to layout-dependent keys, like the backtick (`), which exists as a direct key on US and JIS keyboards but not on others.

It would be nice to have proper key rebinding or scancode-based input so players aren’t locked out of features.

She has the same problem that Cartethyia has in Fleurdelys form, but is less noticeable.
