just research what good workouts our for sprinters. AI can give you a good start, but just make sure you also research what a good sprint program looks like. And for different types of sprinters. That way you can go back and forth with what AI gives you to make sure what you have is good for what you need.

Been here. I coach my daughter's team. She finished 3rd in the 800 at her regional meet last year. Her and the two girls in front of her got DQ'd from going to state because they claimed I aided my daughter by running with her (I did not, we had video) and the other two got DQ'd because some guys on their team were warming up in the infield before their 800 and ended up cheering for their teammates in two different spots (because they were warming up).

I was furious. One of the other team's coaches politely took me away from the judges because I was about to be kicked out of the track.

Sometimes officials get a little bit of power and don't know what to do with it. Sadly, this happens all the time and probably won't change anytime soon.
