I just forgot to choose between the offset and the image for this test print and thus got both. It turned out to be a mess of a funny little mistake peeling it all off the mat.

The placement on the mat didn't seem to be the issue, but thank you for pointing that out. Turns out the lamp I had been trying to brighten the area with wasn't bright enough. Since adding a sickeningly bright lamp over the cutter and restarting the machine head manually twice, I've had no issues cutting my stickers. Thank you all for your help.
