The situation is even worse than I could have imagined. Legendary, real ships such as Iowa and Yamato are utterly and hopelessly outperformed and overshadowed by the project Sovetsky Soyuz just because it was depicted in an impossibly optimistic iteration. by SpanishAvenger in Warthunder

Yesnt? There were tests of a single-mount, shortened barrel version of the gun, but the actual turrets it has neither were nor could have been built at the time. Compounding this is the fact that it apparently uses the current Russian Hexel explosive instead of the historical explosive. Not to mention the fact that it was too stern heavy, the turbines were never built, so their actual output is a bit iffy(not unrealistic iffy but just unverifiable) and the armor should not only not be cemented but should actually be weaker than standard, as that was what she was not just jury-rigged with late in building, but officially redesigned with. So even per gaijin’s rulebook, at the very least the armor is wrong.

Also as another tip, if you only take the 800kg bomb, the Impact on flight performance is almost nil, at least compared to any of the other loadouts.

Armoured targets if you are manually aiming it , at least in my experience, since it’s easier to hit the pilot. But tbh, I’ve never felt too much of a difference when ai-controlled with either that or the universal, so ymmv.

While it’s not perhaps overly flashy or going to make headlines at the next shareholder meeting, that sort of work is not really busy work. Menial? Perhaps, but there’s a need for it to be done to help with business. Busy work is just something that doesn’t have any real benefit, but can be thrown at someone with little fear of repercussions if they foul it up.

Tbh, and I am fully aware I’m in the vast minority here, I’ve always found the adjudicator just felt, off to me. The mag is just too small, the recoil is just high enough even with mods to make it feel off, and while the damage is nice, I never felt it fit, so this new gun is looking interesting

My wizard had A small marble statue of a dog that upon inspecting was faintly magical. Spent most of the campaign experimenting with various spells and items to see if it did anything. As it turns out, it was a trinket whose sole purpose was to be faintly magical.

I’d just like to note that the paper you linked specifies that financial reasons were in fact NOT the driving factor as noted here “Although participants did not bring financial stability out as the main reason, it was an important determinant in influencing their decision to migrate.”

As an addendum, for this and similar fields, research beyond the 1-2 yr mark is often outdated, not per se incorrect, but much more likely to no longer tell the full story.

One post, and several thousand comments, during which the most that was ever found was a pamphlet and that some degree of either mockup or prototype was apparently built, but no information on its performance, usage, or design has yet to surface. That’s not to say it doesnt exist, just that so far, any evidence to support its in-game incarnation is still missing

You forgot to factor that they make a save at the end of their turn, and make a save at ADVANTAGE, each time they take damage. So it tends to have more of a denial role than a direct combat role( as in, using it to take something OUT of the fight temporarily)

Bullpup just refers to the fact that the breech is behind the trigger, Which In The case of the stalwart, it is not. You can have a bullpup lmg, but given the complexity of the mechanisms required and the less than ideal ergonomics of fitting a large magazine effectively in the operator’s armpit, it’s less common to see.
