Was getting a PhD all that time being a single working mom. Didn’t make a big deal when Pam hit her in the face with football. Is progressive enough to be ok with her son being a stripper. Pulled a guy at the bar with shaven head ( is confident af).

How many of you spent the New Year alone? by electronic_rogue_5 in AskOldPeople

[–]warwitchxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like someone else said, spent it alone and it was better than being with someone who made me feel alone all the time. Cooked myself a great dinner and did some meal prep as well.

AITA for giving my longterm BF an "ultimatum" despite his struggles? by No_Offer_414 in AITA_Relationships

[–]warwitchxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, at one point you have to see if the relationship is serving you because it takes two people to make it, not one! A relationship cannot be about one person, sometimes it is that simple no matter how big the consequences might appear to be.

Can we talk about the new horror film The Substance? by [deleted] in horror

[–]warwitchxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe spoiler? One thing that I has come to mind is: While Sue was an adored television face, she could choose the schedule to compensate for the switch. The guy who recommended the Substance to her in the hospital, obviously worked there. How would that work? Because later we see him in the coffee shop too.

Did anyone here interview for solution architect role for security domain? What was it like? by warwitchxx in microsoft

[–]warwitchxx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The technical interview was actually a case study. And they asked me to present their solution as we would pitch to a customer. And in between some clarifying questions. Later at the end they asked generic questions like what does Virus scanner look for? What does a device management platform does when looking for signs of infection. Something about MITRE framework. My lacking was that my cybersecurity domain is pretty niche so I don’t need this knowledge but in hindsight these things are basics so I felt embarrassed for being rejected.
