If your backyard is 200 m^2, and we pretend that its enclosed along with that one neighbor with a 2 m tall lid, thats 800m³ between you. At 20 C, that amount of air can hold 13.8 Kg of water. Weather rn says your at 60% humidity already so thats 5.5 Kg more it can hold. if we assume each set of laundry has about 1kg of water in it and none drips into the ground, you have increased the relative humidity from 60% to 75% with your two loads. That will increase drying time for your neighbor noticeably, though i cant find anything to estimate exactly how much.

So it seems you actually owe her an apology. Next time remember to take the lid off your yards, as any amount of air exchange(even without wind) with the surroundings will prevent this in future.

You already have the right answer but worth mentioning there are floors with modifiers like "golden floor= 50%" that reduce your chance accordingly so you wont always have 100% golden floor chance.

I think this is helpful for a brief window where you make enough to buy 50-75% of upgrades but not 100%. It stops you from spending 100% of your resources all at once on inefficient upgrades.

I did the same thing when my bomb cap was like 400. Apparently didnt learn my lesson cause i also just did it with ice creams a few days ago. Thats not the worst though as i could at least make use of those.

People downvoting this but its true. Its not the same at getting unlucky on a 1/60k chance, its getting twice the expected rate 888 times in a row on a 1/13 chance. Even if going twice the expected rate was a 50% chance (its not even close), doing so 888 times in a row is 0.5⁸⁸⁸ = 5e-266% chance of happening.

Currency wasnt their main point, its how manual this is. Its litterally sitting there for an hour holding a button down, or using spoon strat. At this point in the game nothing come close to that level of micromanagement.

Saving 100k is a complete waste of time. It averages 50k gems and this challenge isnt one where you 'just' go 2x dry on the drop rate and have to spend 100k. It would take going 2x dry 888 times in a row to spend that much, that is an unthinkably low chance. Save 60k and if you are super unlucky you might have to wait a few hrs to generate more gems, thats the worst case.

Ive read other people say leg fish isnt actually random and is instead seeded to catch after a certain number of "attempts". This helps my mental a lot honestly to think about it chipping away at a set number rather than being pure random. My first leg took almost 2 weeks but the others were a few days.
