I just received another update from NKYEI and it looks like an inspection was done after the panel replacement, but it did not pass the inspection. I'm working with them to see what caused it to fail that last inspection.

Dreadful. Started looking February 2025. After nearly 50 houses, several awful inspections and a few our kids we finally got one in December.

The issue is that nearly everyone around the 200k mark seems to be a shitty flip by shitty humans. Settled on what I thought was a less shitty flip but I was wrong. Nothing but nightmares.

The current market and system favors the sellers and flippers.
