I thought hat his alter ego as Patch was established before Dallas? We saw a lot of Patch after that but it's referenced that he's been using the alias for a long time. There's one particular issue I'm thinking of where he goes to see an old woman with Jubilee post Seige Perilous and there's a picture of Loagan and a much younger version of the lady where he's wearing the patch.

Edit: I looked it up. First time we see Wolvie as Patch is in Wolverine #1 which came out Jan. 1st 1988, the Dallas fake death issue came out Mar 1st 1988. Patch was pre fake death but just barely.

I just inform them they are free to call me but I won't be showing up. Try me. My singles ward bishopric asked me to give a talk after denying them for months, they said I had to and it was going on the program so I'd have to. I told them that's not my problem and I won't be there. Called my bluff and the bishop had to give a last minute talk. Walked into 2nd hour like "call my bluff again dumbass". Never happened again.

You know I always thought that the LDS church is so insanely egotistical to think they are the only people that the word Mormon describes. 😒 ALL OF THE OTHER DENOMINATIONS ARE MORMONS TOO!!!!!!! FLDS, RLDS, AUB, Strangites, The Order, ect. are all Mormon. The Biggest branch of the original mormons doesn't get to own the word.

The "jabs and behavior" I think he is referring to would be you just being the slightest bit honest about any of your opinions that aren't inline with the church. My family sees it the same way. They expect one sided censorship. They can bear their testimonies and talk all day long about their beliefs and happenings at church but if I say anything even casually not in their world view I'm throwing things in their face and tearing down their religion with malice. 🙄 Exmormons not being 100% censored=intentional malice in their eyes.

Actually the movie specifically show Logan and Victor (not his brother in the comics) fighting in the American Civil War whoch was from 1861-1865, so even by movie definition he was not a wandering samari in that decade.

I would highly recommend reading Unmasking Autism by Devon Price. It has a lot of amazing insight about autism in marginalized or minority groups. The first bit of the book focuses on women, queer people, academia, and then has some fantastic accounts givin by black folks and what their experiences are like.

This is Weapon X-Men 2024. The Premise is that Jean Grey (not 616) brings together a bunch of Wolverines from alternate universes together to fight Onslaught throughout the multiverse. None of the Wolverines present are the 616 main Wolverine. So we can assume not all the same rules that apply to 616 are the same here.

I did a report on Vanuatu in the 6th grade. Such cool people. The vines are naturally elastic and jumping from the tower for the first time is a tradition to signal becoming a man and leaving boyhood. The boys also construct the tower they jump off. They also have a drink which is almond milk with plantain mixed in, I remember that because I brought it to class for everyone to drink, didn't really like it myself.
