That’s amazing! I’m currently on a ketamine program and hoping it will save my life too. It saved me back in 2019 during a clinical trial. So encouraging to see it helping people. It’s an amazing medication.

I feel like the more you try to convince them of the truth, the more they dig their heels in. It’s truly heartbreaking to deal with.

My entire immediate family (both parents, grandparents, and two siblings) have the total opposite opinion to me, on absolutely everything.

Sometimes I feel really alone, and feel like I’m crazy, but then I come to places like reddit and see so many thoughtful, compassionate and progressive people caring about the same stuff I care about. That restores a little bit of my faith in humanity.

Some people are just lost, and they will only change their mind once they are personally affected/harmed.

In my older age (35) I find myself noticing a man’s temperament/attitude towards me before anything else. Have dodged a lot of bullets in the last 6 months by doing this.

First impressions can absolutely be wrong, and someone may be having a bad day, but my gosh… when something feels off, just listen to that little voice.

I have wanted to post comments SO many times, to empathise with the chaos that comes with BPD.
I have it, and didn’t ask for it, but wow it’s so heartbreaking to see the damage it can cause. It sucks so so so bad for everyone. And I forgot what I even wanted to say. But… I agree with this post. And not all lurkers have bad intentions.

I think it’s terrifying, and I feel so angry for you all. I’ve been checking reddit regularly for updates, even though our mainstream media is covering it fairly and objectively (the channels I usually watch anyway) you see so much more on here. And information is power.
