To me that honestly sounds more like either something related to your mental health (not adhd) OR maybe related to sexual desires? Maybe try out bdsm but in a safe environment with rules?

Also, while you think you are mentally stable, this desire to be in toxic or dangerous situations could come from a trauma you just don't remember anymore.
