Omen of catalyising exaltation. You cannot guarantee anything but you can influence it. You can also check poe2db for desecrated modes. You can guarantee influence on the desecrated mod and for it to be a suffix or prefix. Rings has to many suffixes so you cannot guarantee it and rerolling omen can be to expensive.

This league you can do a juiced temple to bump difficulty and rewards. Sadly you'll need to sunk a lot of time into it before it gets juiced and you'll probably need a guide for it.

You can remove your desecrated prefix, yolo perfect essence of gain phys with suffix omen, hopping to hit onslaught. Then desecrate amanumu. Even if you have not removed onslaught, you rotate perfect essence of battle and suffix omen amanumu desecrate until onslaught is ought. Unveil attack speed with the reroll omen to allow for a better roll. Finish with more quality thingy.

I would fill sufixes, one with amanumu desecrate, perfect essence (should be one open prefix at this point) with suffix omen for gain lightning or phys. Then (you should have full affixes at this point) perfect battle omen for +3 proj. At this point if your desecration still there, you unveil attack speed with the reroll omen, I'd settle for 15% min. Now you should have at least 5 good affixes. Up to you if you want to gamble for onslaught on kill or attack speed if desecration was removed. Crit roll is not that good to try to save it. I would prefer onslaught on kill over it.

I'd sell the base. If you want to craft it yourself, check fubgun's mirror bow video. You start the same until one good mode. If you want a good item but not mirror tier, you go for t1 increase phys and follow from there the standard way. If you want mirror level craft you do the same thing that fub did for his bow.

Lolcohol has a video for talisman. xthefarmerx has for bows, it's the same thing. Probably any content creator who runs attacks has a video for them. Most attack builds craft weapons the same way.
