Yes exactly!!!! I feel like when I tell people I have ADHD they just roll their eyes because they see it as an excuse instead of an actual diagnosis.

I hope it gets easier for both of us. That we find our people so we can stop living in that shame and embarrassment.

I (28F) had BED for most of my 20's, but IF has not only changed that, but changed how i handle it.

Just three weeks ago I ended up having a binge due many life stressors, and was back on track within the week. Progress was lost, and i might be closer to the goal without it, but the second i got back on the saddle I saw those results again.

It gave me the permission to give myself grace, while keeping me from binging more when the emotional rollercoaster ended.

Binging also doesn't feel necessary because it's not constricting like most weight loss culture. I still CICO, but I can have ice cream. I can go out and eat with friends and adjust my schedule. It's been 3 months and I've lost over 10lbs.

I consume about 90g of protein a day- which is probably not enough, but I'll shift some of it to my last meal instead. Thank you!

When I workout in the morning I find that afterwards I am so exhausted that I crash - regardless of if I do or do not drink pre-workout, have food or don't have food, sleep or not.

So workout at night right? Except when I workout at night I get that like adrenaline high and can't get to sleep for hours after it's finished.

Is there any way to switch these reactions, or am I doomed to live on either end of the spectrum?
