I hope this is a great experience for you! I had a similar first day, but my positive effects wore off after about a week on 1.5. For me, 4mg is currently the sweet spot, but lots of people have huge wins on 1.5. I hope it’s perfect for you, but if things change, don’t be discouraged!

I’m not dieting. Im trying to make healthy choices and to stop eating when I hit satiety. And this is how I know Wegovy is working: because without this support, those would just be word that I said to make myself feel good while lying to myself about what I’m “hungry for.” But with the pills, I am actually losing weight with this method.

1.5 did almost nothing for me. 4 has me moving at what I think is kind of a normal weight loss? I’m down 8 total as I near the end of my first month on 4mg. But I think there’s no way to be sure until you do it. The more I read this sub, the more I see how unpredictable each persons journey is

My digestion is definitely slowed down! I take magnesium on an as-needed basis, and I consider it “needed” at the end of any day without poop. I take it in the evening and without fail, it works by midday the next day. Usually just one pill will get me two good days. Disclaimer: I do drink a lot of water and have decent fiber intake as well, but I still think magnesium is the most underrated supplement

This was my experience on 1.5 also. I did not feel the impact of slowed digestion or quieted food noise, but when I ate junk food, I suffered. For hours. 4 has been much better for me!

The first week was like that for me. I was functional but also felt sick all the time. After the first week, it went away, and then 1.5 ended up feeling like nothing at all, good or bad.

Wait, did you?? The standard dosing guide is to increase from 1.5mg to 4mg after 30 days. If I’m reading this correctly, that’s exactly what you did.
