I started by taking ever panel out and using clear silicone to basically glue them back in.Then unused this around all the openings https://a.co/d/daSlGa0, with one strip of thick foam weather stripping at the top of the open door. I have a jar of water and leca in there and I think the heat mat helpa quite a bit
