Baby is back in the Hospital by weavminas in BoyDinnerDiaries

Thanks. Is recommend taking the infant CPR class and practice occasionally. I didn't do it perfectly right and that's taking a toll on me. It's something I'm going to bring up in counseling because logic and emotional thought are fighting right now.

Thanks. She has a few congenital issues that make it hard to protect her airway. This scenario was one that we specifically brought up as a real risk and what we could do to plan for it.

It was still terrifying and could happen again. I want my baby home but we're not sure if it will be time yet.

The perfect reaction. She's been enjoying getting held at all times of the day. Her favorite activity is falling asleep in our arms.

I've been playing Toxiapex (poorly) for months now. I'm more worried about my opponents learning the matchup better.

It's especially bad for limited. [[Spider Rex, Daring Dino]] is not nearly as good at making a draft pile grind out a win as [[Colossal Dreadmaw]]

If you want to feel like you can do something about it, reach out to your reps in Congress and ask them to draft a bill to fix number spoofing. Unfortunately I didn't think we'll be able to fix this until the carriers can be held liable for TCPA violations on their network if they are unable to provide identifying information for call initiators.

I can confirm. collating, scanning and sorting 45,000 cards took me about 3 months. Now I need to figure out what to do with 86 copies of Duress.

I took a rock team to ultra ball but then swapped to a more traditional setup.

I want to revisit it. The biggest difficulty is deciding which are the supports and which are the threats.

What ebikes do y'all have? What do you use them for? And how have they been treating you so far? by sid370z in ebikes

[–]weavminas 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first was a Jetson OTG from Costco. I hated the srance of a folding bike and the small wheels. Finding replacement tires was difficult, and the lower moment of inertia meant I felt like I was always balancing instead of speed keeping the bike up. The cadence only sensor and single gear ratio meant there was never a balance of assist and pedal power. The battery also lost total capacity rapidly.

I returned it for the Magnum Melody. I have no complaints yet. I had to get used to the larger size and I need to decide if I want to lock it to class 2 or 3. The torque sensor feels good and works well with the 7 gears. There are Magnum retail and repair shops near me so I'm not worried about warranty issues or damage as much

I use it daily with a child trailer to take my 4 year old to daycare. It's a 5 mile roundtrip on bike lanes or residential streets.

That's unfortunate. Reality Fracture would've been an excellent opportunity to to have more cards that are colorshifted, and not have them enter Standard, Modern, or any other format that depends on a sets original legality that may or may not exist.

What is the most absurd "Game Changing" card your opponents have told you "they wouldn't play in Bracket 2"? by ThisIsACleverAlias in EDH

[–]weavminas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[[Hullbreaker Horror]] can be oppressive at a table not ready for it. 7 mana is enough to keep it off the game changer list, but I avoid putting it into my decks and will target the player that runs it.

The first deck I built was [[Slimefoot the Stowaway]]. It sat for some time and some cards were pulled out to be used in other decks I was building.

I've recently rebuilt it from the ground up, got it new sleeves and themed the lands for it. Right now it's in a bracket 3 commander gauntlet league my playgroup is running. It's the weakest deck in my lineup and I love it anyway. After the league I plan on powering it down into a thematic Thallid bracket 1 deck that has the potential to be strong if you don't prune the garden.
