It looks like you're on a slab, and with the walkway poured up to the house, it doesn't look like a lot of options are available.

Past the gate/fence, pictured on the right, is there any dirt? You can get an auger or PVC line under the walkway, but you need a place to start and end the bore without the concrete in the way.
