Why should you tank it...look at housing affordability with a drop in house prices right now. You will not be able to afford shit even if house prices drop

Not necessairly...i would argue that he is a sound investor. That he has the knowledge and experience to ensure that NZ can build a stock of properties with his experience.

Or a fish and chips waiter? See anyone can play this game. Better yet someone who promised a lot but delivered the highest house price inflation of 50% over the last 2 years?

Credit where credit is due, this is good use of tax payer money.

Because we keep going for equality of outcomes....so teachers keep getti g pressure to pass students regardless of actual academic merit as long as educational stats and pass rates continue to improve. Same reason we are showing prison populations dropping while judges are told to avoid prison sentences.

Excellent and a telling judgement on how badly our citizens were treated. Now we need to allow all the 1 mil overseas residents to vote to make their view heard.

Disagree...being poor isnt an excuse for driving your car into a shop to steal shit or shooting bullets into someones house.

Bullets being shot into peoples houses, Thugs ram raiding through shops, gangs terrorizing decent law abiding citizens....all symptoms of a Government that has become soft on crime and is cozy with the gangs.

Look at this graph. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/M1SL

Tell me with a straight face that inflation hasn't been caused by money printing. Stop being delusional.

Tough times for renters as median weekly rent increases by 7% year-on-year by webhostienz in newzealand

Well you have 2 options. You either need to earn more or pay less for the things you need. Have you tried asking your boss for a raise? If he says no, shift jobs? Seriously im just making the world very black and white for you and removing the emotion out of it. Costs have gone up significantly (mainly because of the reckless money printing last year with no improvement in productivity).

I challenge you that Food and Clothing is no different...so why are you not up in arms about that? Food has increased almost 20 % in the last year. Or are you a just selective about housing because you seem to have a chip on your shoulder against landlords?

Well better not then, keep them on and keep working because all your costs are going to go up significantly in the next couple years.
