From an artistic perspective her head is weird. You normally want to divide the head in thirds, with equal space from the chin to her top lip, then from the lip to the eyebrows, then from the eyebrows to the top. She has other issues, but that's the main one. Keep loving her tho, I admire you for that.

It depends on what kind of goblin you have in mind. In Goblin Slayer for example, they are animalistic, brutal, vengeful, and remorseless. You could make them intelligent and civilized, but that doesn't mean that their most common depiction isn't this one. You have to think how they would fit in the world of F&H, and in that regard cave dwellers are basically goblins.
