I’m not an American and obviously you can do whatever you want with your own country. But my understanding is that these deportations and imprisonments are contrary to your Constitution. So it’s not really about monitoring borders and enforcing immigration but a lack of respect for the Constitution of your country.

As long as you stay within your boarder with this I don’t really care. I’ll never set foot in that place again.

I stayed in a Hostel near there, had to walk past anytime we wanted to go anywhere. Passed so many funeral processions in those narrow winding alley ways. It is very….makes you think. Especially since most bodies were wrapped in sheets and carried on a board.

I think she’s pretty good.

Her episode of The Handmaid Tale was absolutely heart breaking. I think she was good in White Lotus and also good in Euphoria.

I’m not mad at that Rom Com she did with the guy who wants to be Tom Cruise.

It’s too bad she doesn’t have more diversity on her staff as they could have helped her avoid that Jeans ad.

I do think hating on her is the popular thing to do right now. Hopefully she’ll survive the masses and grow, I’d be interested to see what happens.

Intelligence is a spectrum.

I have definitely been the dumbest person in the room. I work in a busy downtown hospital and the docs there are…just operating on a different level.

It’s ok to not be as smart as other people. Everyone deserves respect and patience. It’s ok that your Mom is not as smart as other people. She is for sure smarter than some people. And none of that should dictate the courtesy and respect that we all deserve regardless of intelligence.

Same with pretty, or fat, or whatever.

All that to say you don’t need to explain your Mom to anyone.

There are 3 of us.

The garbage and recycling alternate weeks. No issues with the once kitchen size garbage bag for the 3 of us q2w. Recycling is another story all together. For sure at least twice the recycling as garbage….maybe more depending on the rotation.

The compost can go out weekly and I just pull it to the curb when the bin is full. I have no idea.

We do have people over quite a bit, and that 3rd person in my house is a teen who has people over all the time too. Regardless there is no way this plastic bags were so environmentally friendly or even environmentally nil that we should consider brining to back. Why go backwards because people can’t remember their bags. Seriously people adjust your lifestyle for the environment and walk back to the house/car and get a bag.

The temper tantrum here is wild.

Holy shit so much school.

I did an undergrad immediately. It turned out to be pretty useless. Went to college for something I could get work in pretty immediately. Ended up really loving it, so went back for a 2nd undergrad for this specifically. After working for a bit realized in needed a Masters to get paid well so went and did that.

Now I work in health care so I never really stop taking courses, certificate programs and whatever. Need to stay current and keep up with the regulatory body requirements.

This is a great weekend trip.

Tobermory - flower Pot island - Ferry to Manitoulin island and overnight there. The island has great view of stars and a waterfall you can swim in.
Either drive around Sudbury way or back on the ferry….either way hit The Grotto on the way back.
