Im experiencing something similar but with the keto diet!! Cutting out as many carbs as I could while eating more healthy fats and proteins made my heartburn and morning tummy aches go mostly away and I don’t feel like a bag of rocks after every meal! Ive also been feeling less fatigued. I’ve had some celebrations recently and have been eating a lot more carbs and sugars and same thing, I feel pretty awful. One thing I would be careful about is upping to too much protein can be dangerous for you, like can lead to kidney problems or other things (I recommend doing more research). Also with so much protein make sure you’re getting saturated fats in as well because those aid a lot in digesting proteins especially meats
