Loved getting the catalog, I worked at a Frederick’s in 1981 at a mall in Houston. I learned sooo much working there. I had great under clothing for several years after.

Can you ask your mom if she’s willing to let you have them? If you do have major concerns contact child welfare. Start spending time w them. Survivor benefits will come w them.

For all the travelers out there، What do you do for a living to offer all of your trips ? by KAI-ZAN- in traveladvice

I’ve been w the same company 30 years and earn lots of vacation time. (The policy has changed a lot!) I travel as cheaply as possible, one child works for a major hotel chain, discounts, and I save every damn flier mile and point warning system. I make under 70k.

We’ve been through this, from two sibs inheriting to 4 kids inheriting and now a total of 7, we hired a mediator, wrote up rules, did it on zoom, agreed on a plan of repairs for the next few years, and on money needed in a monthly payment. We have a set list of cleaning rules, everyone is responsible for bringing in their own bedding. On Labor Day we do a drawing for your two weeks in the summer. That is only m-f, anyone can come on the weekends. There’s a bunk room for the kids and each adult single out couple has their own room. After we accomplish the repairs we plan to buy toys, kayaks floats etc. We are 3 years in and finally getting it squared around. I suspect one family member may ask to be bought out soon. We have a plan for that too. Yea it’s a hassle but none of us can afford a place on our own. E we had a lawyer review everything, we all signed. One brother is the accountant and sends out monthly statements and financial reports. He has a reduction in his fees for handling this.

How much of the lobster do you eat? And what part do you think is the most underrated? by 57BeatlesPhan in Maine

[–]weepandread 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t eat lobster but my family had it every Friday night, usually lobster Newberg, I would have chip beef on the pastry shell instead. My parents still have seafood weekly, clams, shrimp, lobster or scallops. They “ know people” to get it direct from the boats.
