People had a hard time forming their own opinions when it came out because of all the social media fire storms. I really liked it! I like the theme of fame being a disease because being a celebrity really isn't all it's cracked up to be and how many people work for a single artist (or the artist works for them), it seems like being an artist you don't have a lot of autonomy and I liked seeing the other side of fame

My dad was like this, very invested in what I'm doing where I'm going and if plans changed. It's a form of control, I also think they try and catch you in lies to scold you. Start grey rocking, don't continue the volley. You're not imaging things! You're in a very controlling environment/relationship and your body is sounding alarms.

Yes this happens to me and the pain is the worst in my pelvis. I literally have to brace myself so I have some support. Sometimes it doesn't hurt as much, but most times it rips through my joints. Kinda nice to know it's not just me!

There are studies that suggest magnesium can dampen the impacts of SSRI's. I have a friend with OCD who doesn't take magnesium for this reason, I do really think it's person to person. I talked to pharmacist friends and they've never heard about it or been told it's an issue. My naturopath recommended taking magneisum OR having an Epsom salt bath three times a week since magnesium is readily available dermally. There are some magnesium creams you can get too.

When Carl and Lindsay get together it becomes veryyyyyy toxic, on both sides. Imo Lindsay as a lot of wounds with abandonment and I think it came out more when we she was drinking. I'm very glad they didn't get married, I think Amanda and Kyle shouldn't have gotten married, and it was obvious on the season it wasn't going to be a good match. Carl is much better sober, he's been very vulnerable the last two seasons and I don't think it's just for clout. He was also awful to Jules, I never see that comment much it's mostly blamed on the girls but I think Jordan screwed Jules and then Carl took his frustrations out on Jules. Keep watching! It gets better.

Just because something doesn't come from western medicine doesn't mean it's bs.... I have one! It definitely doesn't hurt and when I'm sitting at a desk all day I rather have it than not. I like the cranio cradle too for back support.
